How our offers work

From time to time Brickbox runs limited-time promotions — for example a free-shipping threshold. Unless an offer says otherwise, it:

• applies only to orders shipped to New Zealand addresses on brickbox.nz
• is calculated on the order total after discounts, before shipping
• has no set end date — we may change or withdraw it at any time, including if it costs more than we can sustain
• cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit
• does not apply to international enquiries, freight arranged off-site, or orders we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent

If an offer ends while your order is still open (not yet paid), checkout will show the current shipping rate. Offers already applied to a paid order stay in place for that order.

Current offers

Free tracked shipping over $199

This is a limited-time offer. There is no advertised end date. Brickbox may change the threshold or withdraw free shipping with reasonable notice on this page and at checkout.

• NZ orders only, dispatched with our usual tracked courier.
• The order total after discounts must be over $199.
• Standard shipping rates still apply below that amount, by order total and island — see our shipping policy.
• Rural addresses may still take longer; the offer covers the shipping charge shown at checkout, not delivery time.
• Maximum 25 kg per parcel. Heavier orders are split or arranged by contact and may not qualify automatically.
• Not combinable with other shipping promotions unless we say so.
