About Brickbox
Brickbox is a New Zealand business selling LEGO® sets, minifigures, and related collectibles. We specialise in retired and hard-to-find items, including new & sealed, pre-owned, and collectible minifigures.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise, or endorse this website or Brickbox.
Using this website
You agree to use brickbox.nz lawfully and not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Product information, images, and availability on this site are provided in good faith. We aim to describe items accurately, including packaging condition grades on sealed products, but minor presentation differences may occur.
Accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Notify us via the contact form if you suspect unauthorised use.
Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify's payment providers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch — for example, due to stock error, suspected fraud, or pricing mistake. If payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
Products
New & sealed items are factory sealed unless clearly stated otherwise. Packaging condition is graded and shown on the product page.
Pre-owned items are opened or used, inspected before listing, and sold as described. They are not re-sealed as new.
Product titles, set numbers, and photographs are provided to help you make an informed purchase. If you need clarification before buying, use our contact form.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping within New Zealand is described in our shipping policy. Limited-time shipping offers are described in our promotional terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide at checkout.
